IT Project Leadership We anticipate and answer, "Then what happens?" to deliver products and experiences your customers value and purchase.
Deliver Your Brand Experience
Most of our engagements focus on new IT products and features but our toolkit can be used to help you define, build and deliver any product or service.
Our toolkit has two compartments.
The first consists of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. We work with you to select the most effective approach to anticipate and meet the needs of your customers, teams, and stakeholders. We eliminate activities that slow you down.
The second compartment is utilization of storytelling as a means to identify and understand customer needs, build and maintain effective teams, and keep stakeholders engaged.
Customers: Your customers are going to tell you stories that reveal their wants, needs, and complaints. The data your customers generate contain stories that you must diligently uncover.
Teams: Teams tell stories about the work they do, resources they require, and risks on the horizon. We listen, orient, and act on the information available through Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
Stakeholders: Your stakeholders are going to tell you what they expect, sometimes less than a full story. You will need to keep them informed on progress, a compelling story to ensure engagement.
