You’ll use Hubspot, a CRM database, to manage a territory that includes existing and new business opportunities. Drive your success by focusing on territory analysis, strategic territory management, and outstanding customer support. Target key accounts and position solutions that accelerate student success and progress on school district initiatives.
With an outstanding work-life balance and opportunities for advancement, the Inside Sales Associate role is a contract position with hourly compensation plus an incentive plan and accelerators for exceeding quota. Time management, attention to detail, and customer base analysis are critical to your success as an Inside Sales Associate.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Manage assigned accounts. Develop a comprehensive call plan to serve existing customers and identify strategic sales opportunities. Create an ongoing plan to prioritize customer calls, emails, and scheduled appointments to drive sales pipeline advancement, accurate forecasting, and quota achievement. Document your project and your progress in Hubspot.
Make phone, mail, email, and Zoom presentations to maintain the current business and generate new business based on customer needs. Hold in-depth conversations with educators and administrators about comprehensive educational solutions targeting the customer’s needs and goals.
Serve current customers by providing product updates and helpful customer service that facilitates productive partnerships and renewals.
Effectively maintain and grow knowledge of accounts, Advancing Global EDU client offerings and key trends in education to grow your credibility among customers and colleagues. Proactively share market trends, industry news, and competitive information with leadership to impact future product offerings and solutions for Advancing Global EDU clients.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational experience is required
Proficiency in MS Office and Sales Management Software is required
Previous Sales Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Management, or relevant internship or extra-curricular involvement is preferred
Educational/Technology sales experience and teaching skills are desirable
