Event Description:
For the 2021 calendar year, members will be able to participate in the newly established 401(k) offering that is endorsed by the LGBT Chamber of Commerce. A MEAP 401(k) provides employers and business owners the opportunity to offer a 401(k) to their employees without owning all of the typical responsibilities of running such a plan on your individually. We’ll be sharing some of the benefits to employers (reduced costs vs. stand-alone plans, less fiduciary responsibilities and administrative work) and answer any questions you may have. One-on-one meetings for individual Q&A, assessment of starting a 401(k) plan and comparison analyses of current 401(k) plans will also be available from LGBT members.
