Workshop Description:

Is stress impacting your life negatively? Are you experiencing increased anxiety or sadness? Is your sleep disrupted? Do you feel more reactive or irritable than your normal self? Are you having trouble focusing or completing tasks? Do you numb yourself in social media, the news, television, video games, food, etc?

Do you want to feel empowered and knowledgeable to INCREASE focus, connection and a sense of calm in your daily life? Join Nima Novak to learn strategies and tools to quickly reset your nervous system to reduce the negative emotional and physical impact of our current circumstances of living through a global pandemic and civil unrest.
